We proudly follow sustainable farming practices to grow the produce and herbs used in our kitchen. When it comes to farming, our goal is to build healthy soils - the key to beautiful, nutrient dense, delicious vegetables.
We promote biodiversity, encourage beneficial insects, and work with nature’s cycles in order to have a positive impact on our ecosystem. We focus on human-power agriculture and refuse to spray our gardens with chemicals, even if it means a crop failure. Working with the land poses constant challenges, but the rewarding work keeps us deeply connected to the cycle of food.
